Our clients have come to depend on us for high-quality plastic additives, knowing they have been processed and tested with utmost care.  Phoenix Plastics is proud to continue to offer in house processing and testing capabilities.  While some of our competitors have begun to outsource these tasks, we know that our clients are relying on our products to perform well over time, so we take pride in overseeing the processing and testing ourselves

Our lab offers a variety of capabilities that work to ensure the quality and safety of everything we manufacture. Our lab is proud to offer capabilities that include but may not be limited to:

  • Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy
  • Instron testing systems to test for impact, fatigue, and compression
  • Melt flow rate testing
  • QUV testing to determine weather resistance
  • Ash content analysis
  • Gas analysis

Our mechanical lab experts can also test products using but not limited to:

  • Extrusion equipment
  • Cast and Blown film
  • Rotational molding
  • Injection machines
